I’ll admit that I always thought that the best way to store coffee was in my freezer. It made sense, I put my steaks and fish that I want to last longer in the freezer, but it was completely wrong to store my coffee in the freezer. To put it simply, freezing coffee is almost the worse possible thing that you can do to your coffee.
