Americans love steak and although we do not have the largest population of cattle in the world, we certainly have a well-stocked supply. Even with a growing number of non-meat eaters, 97.5% of our country eats meat on a regular basis. Now, scientific studies and new research and development are helping to provide even better, more tender meat to the US consumer.
